Australia Zoo is set on over 70 acres of natural Australian bushland, and with over 1000 animals there is a lot to pack into your day!

Here is a sneak preview of some of the 'friends' you will meet on your visit to the zoo; Baboons, Dingoes, Buffalo, Echidnas, 'Emp' Tamarins, Grey Roos, Fallow Deer, Koalas, Macaques, Possums, Swamp Wallabies, Squirrel Monkies, Red Roos, Sun Bears, Wombats, and Tahrs. Of course there are far too many to show them all, you will have to come and see for yourself!

The Australian Butterfly Sanctuary's 3666 cubic metre aviary is home to over 1500 magnificent tropical butterflies, all local to the area, including the electric blue Ulysses butterfly and the largest butterfly in Australia, the Cairns or Australian Birdwing.
