In business since 1985, we are Happy Camp's only local rafting outfitter. We live on the river year round, which gives us extensive knowledge of the local history, wildlife, Native American culture and folklore. The Klamath is the only river we run, so we know every rock, turn and rapid on the river as well as when the sun rises and sets on every beach we camp on. We’ve kept our company small so we can personally guide you down the river, that way we can share our knowledge as well as hear stories from each of our new guests. A lot of our clients come back year after year, becoming more like family and close friends.

All of our guides are trained in whitewater safety, CPR and first aid. They love and respect the Klamath as much as we do. River Country’s equipment is all state of the art. We run oar boats, paddle boats, and have inflatable kayaks for the more adventurous.
