Keansburg Amusement Park and Runaway Rapids Family Waterpark offer fun for the entire family by creating memories that last a lifetime. Runaway Rapids Waterpark is the best place to splash and swim on the New Jersey Shore. From high speed thrill slides to a trip down the lazy river, splashing and soaking has never been more fun. Water enthusiasts love the wet and wild obstacle course as well as the dark tunnel slides. Even the very young can enjoy the water as they frolic in the interactive kiddie lagoon area with the huge tipping bucket that soaks all who need it.

Volcanic Revenge defies gravity, one of the only roller coaster type slides on the east coast. After plunging down the first drop, this double rider tube soars up the next slope before descending again for the final journey down into the four foot deep pool. Top

VooDoo Encounter, where you experience the thrill of a black tunnel tube slide. Soar and glide through the dark before emerging for the final splash into the 4 foot deep splash pool.

Mountain Blast is the widest slide in the park. As riders soar down, it is hard to determine which direction riders will enter the four foot deep splash pool. The giant tube swirls around on the ride down and skims the entry water for a gentle end.

Mega Bunga Falls where riders enter the slide feet first and plummet down these shot guns slides. The ride is fast and steep and plunges riders into a 10 foot entry pool.

Nestea Plunge is an old fashioned rope swing. Whether you’re a experienced acrobat or just a swing and drop novice, this is one fun attraction.

Soaring Thunder is like sleigh riding on water. Each rider soars head first down the twisting and turning slide on a toboggan style mat. The rider skims the four foot entry pool for an exhilarating end.

Comfort Cove is a small intimate pool offers guests an area to swim and float for a nice change from the thrilling slides.

Splash, Rattle and Roll! Our highly interactive kiddie lagoon area is the most popular spot in the park. The younger guests love all the interactive water play in this 10,000 square foot area, which include mini slides for the children. All ages love the big tipping bucket that spills over and wets all ages who need it.

Power Tower Orange Slide are slides that twists and turns as riders glide down on a tube. A perfect transition from the kiddie lagoon area to a bigger slide.

Power Tower Black Slide, slide down head first through this covered tunnel style slide into a wading area entry pool.

Power Tower White Slide are two short body slides that let riders cruise at a pace that eases them down at a slower speed.

Lily Pads, an obstacle course requires guests to be able to reach the ropes that aid in the balancing required to cross the lily pads to the other side without dropping into the three foot pool.

Castaway Creek awaits you as you float down this gently flowing four foot river. A peaceful current pulls you along while you float downstream in your own inflatable tube.

Lost Lagoon is a moderately heated water spa eases away all your cares as you sit and relax. There is no swimming in this pool and guests must stay seated at all times.
