Known for its 21 downhill skiing trails, great snowmaking and grooming, and excellent ski and snowboard instruction program, this year-round family destination near the Adirondack Mountains of New York, also offers downhill mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and a snow tubing park in the winter.

Special events are featured throughout the year and include challenging downhill mountain biking rallies in the summer, competitive downhill skiing races in the winter, and even a summer concert series!

Throughout the winter, this website is kept up-to-date with the latest snow conditions on each of our 21 downhill skiing trails. West Mountain is known for its great snowmaking and grooming. Our operations staff takes care to see that all open trails are buried deep in the best man-made snow anywhere and all open terrain is groomed to perfection every night.
