History- We opened our doors in 1956 and we have excelled in helping divers with all of their scuba needs ever since. We've worked hard for our customers, this commitment to excellences has made our name synonymous with quality, professionalism, and pride. When you email or call any Underwater Sports location you'll be talking to a diver... not someone who's just working a summer job.
Training- We are a PADI 5 Star Scuba Training Facility, the premier scuba certification facility in the Pacific Northwest. We certify hundreds of new divers per year, and we teach old divers new tricks.
At any given time, we have over sixty PADI certified scuba instructors working with us, which enables us to teach every certification offered. Each and everyone of our instructors is an experienced Pacific Northwest diver, so they will be able to teach you not just how to dive, but how to dive in the Puget Sound. With eight dive schools bordering Puget Sound we have a location that is close to you!
Sales- We are the among the largest retail dealers for most major brands of scuba equipment. Each of our eight locations is a fully stocked retail facility, and with eight locations, we put our buying power to work for you.
Call or email us for the best prices on equipment. Unlike other on-line scuba equipment dealers we actually do maintain a store front, and you are welcome to visit us in Washington state. Another advantage we offer over on-line catalog stores is the fact that we are authorized dealers for all of the equipment we sell... that means you will receive the manufacturers warranty on anything you buy from us.
We are fully authorized dealers for the biggest names in dive gear. We currently stock Apollo, DUI, DeepSee, Ikelite, JBL, Light & Motion, Oceanic, O'Neill, Poseidon, Sea & Sea, SeaLife, SeaSoft, USIA, Viking, Zeagle, and many more.
Repair- We have the country's largest factory certified repair facility. We can service all major brands. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions about your scuba equipment, whether or not you purchased it from us. We can do everything from regulator overhauls to drysuit repairs.
