We formed Aquatic Adventures in 1999, and incorporated it in 2001 and opened our store in October 2002. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, professional scuba training and supervised diving experiences to new and experienced scuba divers.

We offer a wide range of scuba instruction, from basic Open Water Diver through TriMix Diver classes. In addition, we provide instruction in numerous diving specialties, such as Underwater Photographer, Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, and Night Diver, and we organize diving expeditions in the Great Lakes and elsewhere. Because of our focus on diving safety, we have also obtained certification as instructors in first aid and oxygen use for diving emergencies, and offer those classes frequently. We are certified nitrox and mixed gas blenders and provide those services to appropriately certified divers. In addition, we offer SCUBA tank inspection services by our own certified inspectors.

Because we believe strongly in the value of continuing education and experience in developing safe, comfortable divers, we strive to provide on-going service to our clients. For example, we organize Great Lakes charters monthly during the dive season, and offer specialized training prior to and during the trips. These can range from day trips to Port Sanilac to weekend excursions to White Fish Point. When winter comes, we still do frequent training and practice dives in local lakes, ponds and quarries, and we organize occasional warm water dive trips to the Caribbean and South Pacific.

We believe we that our small class sizes, personal attention to clients, and commitment to learning will maximize the learning experience of both new and experienced divers.
