We teach an Exclusive Ocean Scuba Diving Courses (taught through Scuba Schools International). We created the "Ocean Diving" Course and it's now used internationally!

Ocean Courses are offered at both stores M/W nights for 6 weeks, T/Th nights for 6 weeks, or Sat/Sun for 3 weeks at our Metro Store.

All of our Ocean Instructors are water enthusiasts, love to scuba dive, and have many years of experience. Our Instructors truly care about your safety and that you enjoy your scuba experiences at a personal level. Most of our students develop a professional, personal relationship with our Instructors that last a lifetime. Welcome to the Scuba Family!

During the course we start out with swimming, snorkeling and advanced snorkeling skills in the pool before we move on to scuba. You have to walk before you can run! Once these skills are proficient, we'll go underwater where the fun begins! Instructors and Assistant Instructors are available for any divers that need additional practice and/or skills.

After we have been in class for a few weeks, we'll caravan to Saguaro Lake to complete our lake snorkeling activity, the first of our 5 Open Water Dives (1 snorkel, 4 scuba in open water). We complete a series of snorkeling exercises, NO SCUBA DIVING. We have a chance to get used to snorkeling in a bigger body of water, wear wetsuit and work with our buddies without having the scuba equipment on our backs!

Both of our locations in Phoenix (Metrocenter, 8502 N Black Canyon Highway or Phoenix, 2348 N 7th Street) have indoor, salt-water, heated pools on site to use for training. While a student, you are invited to come in and practice as much as they want for no additional cost. Practicing our scuba skills leads to a proficient and confident diver! Please call ahead and see what the pool availability is!

Scuba Sciences offers trips nearly every weekend. We go where the best diving is -- the Oceans! We have trips to California, San Carlos, and even Fiji! We plan our trips to be pretty close to all inclusive. All you need is a few bucks for snacks and we're there diving! We'll take care of all the details and let you have a great time diving!

Family friendly activities are available monthly! We have a great time getting together at our Monthly Club Meetings, held the third Tuesday of every month. During the Club Meetings we show pictures from recent trips, talk about upcoming events, hand out diplomas and scuba pigs, and give out door prizes! We also have a social activity monthly where we go bowling, out for dinner or watch movies. They are tons of fun. You should join us next month!
