Schmidt Museum of Memorabilia (Visit this link)
In addition to the famous Coca-Cola serving trays and calendars, visitors to the museum will find everyday items such as bottles, beverage glasses, toys, neon and metal signs, sheet music and more - all bearing the famous trademark.
You will also see rare vending machines and antique bottling equipment used over 100 years ago. This "window" to our past will educate and delight the viewer and make you want to see more of the larger collection planned for display in the future. Special exhibits are added and rotated throughout the year.
The Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia has the only complete Classic Coca-Cola serving tray collection known to exist. Each example represents the illustration used for the stated year. Collectors will note there are several gaps in the years due to some tray designs being issued for more than one year, metal shortages due to the War years and no new issues in other years. Please note also, some years offered trays in oval, rectangle and a small version known as a "change tray". In a few years, more than one illustrated design was issued as a tray; example: in 1927 the vertical tray "Soda Jerk" offering glasses of Coca-Cola and the horizontal tray "Soda Jerk" offering Coca-Cola to couple in a car were issued. Early releases also had separate trays for fountain Coca-Cola and bottled Coca-Cola. Symbols below each tray indicate how many versions were released for the year.
