Riverview Tourist Park is a friendly, family-oriented holiday venue offering a wide choice of comfortable and affordable accommodation. By maintaining certain standards, we aim to provide a safe and relaxing environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.

Riverview Tourist Park is situated in the resort town of Margaret River 800 metres from the main street, in Western Australia's temperate south-west. Despite being walking distance from the bustling local main street, Riverview is nestled in a green and secluded forest clearing close to the river's edge.

Margaret River is 280 kilometres (170 miles) south of Perth. Hire a car and take a leisurely half day drive, take the Australind train from Perth to Bunbury and drive on from there (100kms/62miles), catch the daily bus from Perth to Margaret River or fly down to Margaret River Airport and Riverview will provide a pickup.

Riverview Tourist Park offers 30 spacious and comfortable cabins, some with ensuite bathrooms. The cabins, sleep from 2 to 6 people and most are fully equipped with modern kitchen facilities and utensils, comfortable lounge and dining furniture, TV and a verandah.

All cabins come complete with linen and reverse cycle (heating & cooling) air conditioning. Portable cot available (prior arrangement must be made). Special weekly rates available by arrangment.

Riverview features a dedicated grassy and shaded area for campers who can take advantage of all the site's amenities, including the Campers' Kitchen, the spotless shower and toilet block and modern laundry facilities. There is also a mini kiosk serving cool drinks, ice creams and snacks. Powered and non powered camp sites are available. Free gas BBQ by the river & gazebo.

The town of Margaret River with its hotel, pubs, restaurants, craft galleries and gift shops is a short walk away.

The area is famous for its wineries and the local cheese factory is open to the public. There are beaches and sea fishing at nearby Prevelly and some magnificent caves both north and south of Margaret River. Explore the river by canoe or walk among the tall trees and discover the beauty of the local bush.

The woodland around Riverview is criss-crossed with an extensive network of walking (or jogging!) trails from which you can see a wide variety of plants, trees, birds and wildflowers. This is the best way to unwind and get close to nature in the peace and solitude of our ancient hardwood forests.
