Coorong Caravan Park (Visit this link)

The Coorong Caravan park is set in a peaceful rural environment overlooking the islands of the Coorong, 90km north of Kingston SE and 200 km south of Adelaide.

Spacious 13 acre park next to the Coorong National Park. Powered and unpowered sites, secluded tent sites and much more. Walking trails, pool, sauna and a tennis court are just a few of the facilities on offer. We also allow campfires when in season and dogs are welcome on a leash.

The Coorong is a wilderness that breathes with the sigh of the wind through the tea trees and lives through a myriad of flora and fauna, just as it has done for thousands of years.

Bird life abounds at the Coorong and the large population of wading birds makes the area a birdwatchers paradise.

The ocean beach adjacent to the Coorong National Park offers some of the best surf fishing in Australia, with the chance to land a mulloway, salmon or maybe a bronzie.

The Coorong can be crossed directly by boat, or by 4WD vehicle at Tea Tree Crossing or the 42 Mile Crossing.
