Maroochy Beach Caravan Parks (Visit this link)

Coolum Beach: Coolum, with its active surf club, is the epitome of the great Australian surf beach. Incredible blue water, soft white sand that stretches north to meet Peregian Beach and beyond to the horizon. Secluded Coolum Cove is one of Natures masterpieces. Lined with pandanus trees and casuarinas both beaches offer shady picnic spots.

Mudjimba Beach: These open surf beaches north of the Maroochy River are best for serious surfers but also offer good swimming in areas patrolled at weekends and holidays by their enthusiastic surf club members. Pristine sand, quiet and private with grassy dunes, shady trees and picnic facilities.

Cotton Tree: The Cotton Tree area is a family holiday favourite. Located right on the sandy banks of the Maroochy River it provides a whole host of watersport activity such as sailboard riding and sailing. The river also provides the angler with 'all year round' catches of a variety of fish species.

Maroochydore: Magnificent surf beach with long, sparkling waves that mix with the salty waters of Maroochy River's great estuary. The river's sandy southern shoreline is perfect for young swimmers, boating, water-skiing and fishing. Parks, barbecue and picnic facilities abound. The surf club is one of the Coast's largest.

Mooloolaba: Perhaps the most famous of Maroochy's beaches, Mooloolaba begins as a wide north-facing curve of white sand forming the northern arm of the Mooloolaba Harbour entrance and, flanked for its entire length by shady parklands, picnic areas and playgrounds, it stretches northwards, ending in a medley of jewell-like rock pools. Safe swimming, beautiful surf. A friendly surf club welcomes visitors.
